Ensures That All Foods Are Prepared According To Established Recipes And Plating Guidelines.
Ensures That All Products Are Properly Received, Stored, And Maintained In Their Respective Areas
Assists Management In Training New Staff Members.
Maintain Safety Standards.
Stocks All Stations As Directed And Cleans/Closes All Stations As Directed.
Ensures Organization And Cleanliness Of All Coolers, Freezers, Prep Areas, Etc.
Cross-Trains On All Prep Stations.
Assists In Overall Kitchen Cleanliness, Including Cleaning All Station Equipment And Utensils(Flat Tops, Grills, Storage Drawers) At The End Of The Shift.
When Low On Inventory And Communicates Opportunities and Concerns.
Performs Other Duties And Tasks As Assigned,Moves With A Sense Of Urgency.
Understands And Practices All Safety And Sanitation
Practices Safety And Reports Any Accidents To Management.
Dishwasher
Dishwasher:
Operates The Industrial Dishwasher.
Wash Glassware And Other Implements By Hand When Necessary.
Empty And Clean All Trash Receptacles.
Maintain And Organize Dish Area. Clean Dish Storage.
Follow Sanitation Practices At All Times.
Provide Assistance To Prep Cook And Other Kitchen Staff As Needed, Especially During Peak Times.
Perform Opening And Closing Side Work.
Clean Up Spills Or Broken Glassware Immediately.
Report Any Sanitation Or Janitorial Issues To Management.
Sweep And Mop Dining Area/Restrooms.
Change Chemicals In Dish Area As Needed.
Breaking Down Boxes As Needed.
Restocking Line With Flatware And Gathering Dirty Plates/Pans Off The Line.
